QIP Accreditation

What is QIP Accreditation

Accreditation is voluntary, profession-led and aims to promote continuous quality improvement. QIP and the Australian Dental Association Inc. (ADA) worked collaboratively to develop Private Dental Practice Accreditation. The Scheme encourages private dental practices to adopt the National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards into existing quality systems.

What Accreditation means for our patients

When choosing our accredited practice you can have the peace of mind in knowing that all staff are educated and engaged in the highest standards and are implemented in our dental clinic.

The National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards for Dentist's were adopted by the Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care in 2011. The attainment of these standards means our dental clinic has proven to be of the highest standards in delivering quality and safe patient care meeting QIP quality standards.

What Accreditation means for our clinic

We are assuring you we are committed to ongoing improvement of the policies and procedures that govern our dental clinic, providing assurance to patients and staff that we are committed to quality and safety across all standards.

Accreditation is an independent recognition that we have met the requirements of standards and its criteria. Accreditation provides assurance to our patients, staff and everyone associated with the Practice that quality and performance standards have been met and are being constantly evaluated and improved upon.
